We ran into the know issue with the qbxml gem (version 0.4.0) when we tried to upgrade the BigDecimal gem.

The fix for the deprecation of BigDecimal.new (#29) has been merged to the master branch but that fix hasn't yet made it into a release.

Would it be possible to get a new release that includes that fix? Looks like it would include (#25, #26, #27, #28, #29 and #30)
