Scroll Toolbar Bug in iOS 26 beta #40

Describe the bug
The Toolbar is not scrollable correctly when building for iOS 26
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use SwiftDownEditor(text: $text) and build for iOS 26
Expected behavior
Me being able to scroll through the Toolbar correctly
