Currently, the recombination contribution can be subtracted if requested, but some improvements could be made:

• allow user to select whether the contribution estimated using RLs or CELs should be subtracted
• if RLs, then do not use abundances flagged as unreliable
• improve clarity of output messages to state clearly what was or was not subtracted
