Steps to reproduce (least amount of steps as possible):

1. Have a cluster(DO cluster-3 nodes) in v2.2.4 - with custom image, giving 30 minutes of expiry for the cluster.
2. Upgrade to v2.2-head with UI tag 2.2.81.
3. Warning shown on the UI - This cluster has certs expiring in 30 days or less. Please rotate your certificates now.
4. Click on Rotate Certificates

Expected Result:
As the cluster is expiring in less than 30 minutes, user can expect a message like - "expires in less than 1 day" or something appropriate, as text expires in 0 days gives an incorrect impression that the cluster has already expired.

Actual Result:
For all individual services, text expires in 0 days is displayed
