Missing effects on Vulkan shaders #753

Hi again,
I have noticed that Newpixie is missing the rolling scanlines effect. The shader itself works perfectly well, and I have it loaded like this on config.toml:
[renderer]
performance = "high"
backend = "vulkan"
filters = ["/root/.config/retroarch/shaders/crt/newpixie-crt.slangp"]
target-fps= 60
strategy = "continuous"
Any idea on why this animated effect may be missing?
