Describe the bug

Once you activate a filter in the facet, it is kept in various section.
Ex 1 : Select some filters in the orders' facet. The filters are kept in the 'Late issues' section.
Ex 2: Go to the inventory list (the active library is automaticaly selected), select a document type facet then go to the 'Late issues' section or 'Orders.
Ex of url https://ilsdev.test.rero.ch/professional/records/acq_orders?q=&page=1&size=10&library=4&simple=1&document_type=docmaintype_book&document_subtype=docsubtype_other_book

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Orders...'
2. Click on a library, a status etc.
3. Go to 'Late issues'.
4. See the url.

Expected behavior

The filter must be cleared in the 'late issues' section.
The filter must be cleared in the 'orders' section. [Add the active library filter in the Orders?]

• server: ils.test.rero.ch or ilsdev.test.rero.ch?
• version: v1.8.0 or the commit hash (see frontpage).
