Serial issue with status expected should not appear as available #3370
Description
Bug description:
An item of type issue with the status expected appears as available with a red dot in the pro UI.
Expected behavior:
The expected status should set the item as not available with a red dot in the pro UI.
The item is not shown in the public UI, which is correct.
