Describe the bug

Fetching KIDs and Signer Certificates is very slow since the requests are sequential (1-by-1) for around 252 different Signer Certificates.

Expected behavior

Some kind of caching or multi-threaded approach might improve performance.
Currently verifying a pass can take up to 1 min.
