Icon Button remains styled like in "hover" state after user clicked the icon. #1560

Description:
- Go to RMWC | React Material Web Components | Icon Buttons
- Click on Star icon (the screen below)
Actual: the icon remains styled (it has a grey background) like it is still clicked
Expected: the icon should not have a grey background, it should look like it looked initially.
