RMWC or MDC?

• What RMWC Version are you using [major.minor.patch]: 14.3.1

• Name your build system [Webpack, Rollup...]: Webpack

• Describe the bug with as much detail as possible: inputRef stays undefined/null

• What happened, and what was supposed to happen: Wanted to access the input element to set a custom validation message but inputRef does not return the input element.

I made a minimal repro to show inputRef not returning the input Element.
