CentOS Linux 7 reached end of life (EOL) on June 30, 2024.

According to the qpdf release notes:

qpdf 8.4.0 was released on February 1, 2019 and since then qpdf has had many improvements and (as of May 4, 2025) the latest release is qpdf 12.2.0.
