I'm pretty sure there are some significant leaks and uses of fresh zombies that would become apparent when using ARC.

The auto migration tool seems to break the app pretty strongly; so there may be a large amount of work in doing the port, but I expect less than for tracking the issues down with guard malloc/zombies (which breaks PBEasyPipe) and Instruments/Leaks.
