Hi,

When running neuroHarmonize including sex as a covariate, I applied pandas.get_dummies on the sex and ran the neuroHarmonize. However, the results look different from when I applied ComBat (https://github.com/Jfortin1/neuroCombat/tree/ac82a067412078680973ddf72bd634d51deae735) when specifying sex as a categorical variable in their function. May I be confirmed this is the right way of running neuroHarmonize with covariates?
