I would like to retry Stuck in Intermediate Queue jobs, and only retry those.
I don't want to retry jobs that failed due to an exception.

One option is to poll the failed queue at regular intervals and check the failure reason, but I'm hoping there's a more real-time solution.
I also thought about using on_failure, but I don't think that gets called when a job is stuck in the intermediate queue and then cleaned up.
