In current setup, we have restricted the numpy<2.0 for the modeling. I'm wondering if there are any blockers for numpy 2.0 and above in our implementation?

Given that numpy>2.0 has been used as default setups (e.g., Colab), it would be certainly beneficial if we can relax the requirement. I would like to help if it can be fixed someway~
