Showing A's breakpoint is redundant and should be hidden.

What will happen to the features similar to project-breakpoints?
Breakpoints for each project are independent.

Possible paths to save:
Project-A/dape-brakpoints
Project-B/dape-brakpoints

The current dape.el is global: including dape--breakpoints dape-default-breakpoints-file
