It would be nice to have the option "-w" like have "grep", "ack" and "ag":

grep --help
-w, --word-regexp force PATTERN to match only whole words

ack --help
-w, --word-regexp Force PATTERN to match only whole words

ag --help
-w --word-regexp Only match whole words
