As the manual states, currently %pragma(java) allows specifying the value only using %{ and %} delimiters (or the quotes which are equivalent). It would be useful to allow also using { } delimiters and preprocess the text between them as I currently have to use a post-build step to do it using sed which works but is a bit ugly.

If there are no counter indications for doing it, I'd like to implement this and make a PR for it.
