The usage instructions were incorrect.
The install instructions, if needed, should now be easier customizable without modifying the source code.
The documentation can be created with cmake in the build folder.
The minimal required version of cmake was set to 3.14 in order to be able to remove CheckFortranSourceRuns.cmake and also to be able to use the
NAMELINK_COMPONENTkeyword in the install instructions.The new configuration also creates a config-version file, where I set
COMPATIBILITY SameMajorVersion, hopefully that is the correct convention.
