I tried to calculate the static correlation matrix from my preprocessed fMRI data in nifit file. I tried to load the nifti file using the parental or child path (shown in the second image). It showed the nifti loaded. But when I hit the run button, it showed that I should select the directory of functional dataset first. I am using the linux environment. Thanks.
