  1. cp: Added option -c (--clobber-changed) for update 

    cp with -uc will overwrite even those files which are newer at
 destination while updating. So, when option -u is used with option -c
 only files that match exact time are skipped, rest all are copied.
It can be used to rapidly refresh an experimental copy of a folder with
 the master files by just coping those which have been dirtied.
