Add glossary entries to all chapters. The first time a glossary word is used, bracket it and link it to the glossary entry. For example [forensic science](#def:forsci). See glossary.csv for how to create a glossary entry. label column is the label (forsci above). term is the word/phrase. definition_with_punc is the definition (formatted for markdown). source_display is the word to display when linking to the source in source_link. If using a reference as the source, source_display is the bibtex reference (e.g. @butler09) and source_display is blank. Finally, the first time a chapter has a glossary entry, put the chapter name in the chapter column, and leave all other chapter entries blank. I have found it helpful to keep the csv open in a Google Sheet while reading through the chapter and adding glossary entries as I read.
