Boilerplate discord bot utalizing mongodb

1. Install NodeJS v10+ (reboot may be necessary)
2. rename exampleConfig.json to config.json and populate with your data
3. run npm install in your teminal, the console should now log that 1 command has been loaded
4. Test the !ping command in your discord server, and start customizing your commands.
