I was following the "Quick start" guide in your GitHub repository's README.md file and noticed that the link for the pre-trained checkpoints seems to be missing.

Specifically, in section 1.2 "Datasets and checkpoints," the text "Please also download the checkpoints for inference" does not have an associated hyperlink.

Could you please provide the link to download the necessary checkpoints? They would be a great help for me to run inference and explore the capabilities of your model.
