Description of problem

When one clicks on a reference in a Respec-generated document, they are transported to the corresponding entry in the references section, and the title of the reference is highlighted (with a light blue background).

Problem: when used in dark mode, the light-blue background makes the text unreadable.

What happened (e.g., it crashed)?:

The highlighted reference is unreadable (in dark mode).

Expected behavior (e.g., it shouldn't crash):

The "highlight" color in should be adapted to dark mode.

** And by the way...

This also happens when you click on the "normative references" entry in the ToC, highlighting the entire section!
