Hey, loving this utility! I'm using it to "relationalize" FHIR bundles, and it's working great so far!

I'm anticipating that I'll need to be able to delete certain records in the root table and cascade that delete through the auxiliary tables as well. Have you considered implementing foreign key constraints when inferring the schema (and generating DDLs)?
