1. Add live audio transcription feature along with recording audio.
2. Also add recorded audio file convert in text form in short recorded transcription.
3. Multilingual Transcription support. (Initially by default English language model to transcript preloaded)
4. Additionally user get option to download any other language model to download for transcription.
5. Transcription should be process locally.

Note : This feature can be find in Google Recorder App which is currently support Pixel devices only.

For Reference Transcription models can be download and can be use provided by VOSK. If we can provide any other lightweight model then that would be best.
