We should parse the curing priority defence list, and either import the defences into wundersys's defence management tables, or else automatically clear them out if they're not in the wundersys tables. As is, if you add something manually, it will not be cleared when deffing up or switching profiles unless that defence happens to be managed by one of the profiles already.
