Since you can sync your data with my server, your own server, or a third-party server, then there are going to be some conflicting statements. Check out https://tasks.org/docs/privacy/ and let me know if you think anything in there is not clear |

This does not state who the data IS shared with
This does not state who DOES have access
Also if the developer is the only one that could have access, and does not, then this implies data is not collected and therefore cannot be shared - but this contradicts the above.
The above seem to conflict each other. Which is accurate?
Why the ambiguity and contradictions?
