Load tenpy v1 tensors and hdf5 versioning #60
Description
- make sure we have sth like a version field in the hdf5 structure, that allows us to make breaking changes in the future.
- support loading tensors from current tenpy np conserved, tenpy v2 will need this to load old hdf5 files
