Relevant PBI

This PR adjusts the collections table component to add in a table header with conditional column headings. This removes the need for the redundant in table cell labels.

Design passed by @micsblank

Situations considered:

  • Collections with title
  • Collections with mix of pages and folders
  • Collections with only folders
