When having a line with 2 or more underscores, in a pre block, such as:

has_many :notes, class_name: "Page"

This ends up looking approximately like:

has many :notes, class name: "Page"

Even vanilla markdown should be able to handle this nicely--if they're in <pre> blocks, they should be left alone.
