Describe the bug

Pull request for an issue with endpoints that still have 0 balance and transactions that have been confirmed but are not clear in Toncoin and TonkeeperPro. Tonviewer also does not transfer confirmed tokens, the problem may be in the address binding.

Current behavior

The current problem is in the endpoints, which still have 0 balance and have not changed so far. The transactions that were confirmed but were clear in the TonScan balance have now disappeared. In TonKeeper Pro, there was no receipt even after adding the private key. Tonviewer also confirms the confirmed tokens, but they are not transferred. The problem may be in the address link.

Steps to Reproduce

The problem is the error in the Telegram attachment that does not confirm that I need approval to sign, and the link for 2FA is not available. Tonekeeper should have an independent link to GitHub in cases where Telegram is not available for various titles. I think this dependency is 100% a technical problem because no partnership will last.

Environment

My operating system is Android and my browser is Chrome.
