C wrapper for different ETSI GS QKD 004/014 API clients integrating Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) systems into security protocols.

This is a demo implementation and evaluation of 144 hybrid TLS protocol suites that integrate Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC).

Very simple adaptation of ETSI's QKD 004 server/client (edition3) to support oblivious key requests and minimal operations for upper-layer interface testing using the server.
