Pet linear delta printer project, frame components from MiniTec profile. Goal has been to minimize amount of custom parts and to use mostly commercially available components.
Frame profile is MiniTec 45x32mm (20.1055), 90 degree angle fasteners Power-Lock (21.1018). Central triangles are fixed with single 8mm hex bolt and torsionally locked. Belt runs on smooth side and is rerouted for motor pulley with 2 additional idlers. With reinforced central fixators, frame should scale to two cubic meter volume without problems.
Hobi lineaar-deltaprinter, mille eesmärgiks oli minimeerida osade arvu ning kasutada võimalikult palju kommertstootena saadavaid komponente, eelistades Eestis kohapealt leitavat.
Raami profiilsüsteem on MiniTec 45x32mm (20.1055), nurgakinnitustes kasutatud Power-Lock-e (21.1018), tsentraalsed tähtühendused on väändefikseeritud ja kinnitatud ühe 8mm poldiga. Rihm jookseb tagaküljel, mootori veorullile tagasipöördeks kasutatakse kahe lisarulli. Tugevdatud tähtühendustega võiks printeri töömaht olla skaleeritav kahele kuupmeetrile.
