Feature description
There are currently no automated health-checks whatsoever, which is guaranteed to create problems down the line. To facilitate repository management, the best would be to match TQEC/tqec approach in as much as possible.

Describe the solution you'd like
If I recall correctly, there is a need to enable:

• ruff
• astral
• mypy
• pre-commit

But please correct me if any of these has changed recently.
