• Write cran-comments.md

Submit to CRAN:

• Bump to "release" version number
• Build (and check) package tarball with R CMD build
• Upload at https://xmpalantir.wu.ac.at/cransubmit/ copying and pasting cran-comments.md into "Optional comment" field
• Click on e-mail confirming package submitted

Wait for CRAN:

• Probably will need to do a revise and resubmit of minor changes
• Accepted 🎉
• Do a Github release (which will "tag" version)
