Tiny, dependency-free C library to:

• Detect MIME types (magic signatures → container hints → extension fallback)
• Tell if a file is text or binary
• Guess text encoding (BOM + UTF-8 validation)

Includes a lightweight CLI: mmime and a CTest suite in tests/.
