Describe the package

I have a Dell Latitude 7450 that has a hi556 camera. While the camera itself is detected by the OS, communicating with it requires the usbio-drivers found at https://github.com/intel/usbio-drivers

If there are instructions for how to build my own RPM package, I'm happy to do that and test. I'm using bluefin-dx.
