usually, reproxy passes request/response as-is, and whatever upstream sends passed to the client without any change. However, the asset server is a different beast because static files are served directly.
this PR adds an optional cli/env
assets.not-foundand$ASSETS_NOT_FOUNDand this file should be set as a relative (to assets location) path
