Changed the Makefile to compile 32bit or 64bit executables on windows (they now use different icons)
now command line options can be packed for example -a -p may be written as -ap
all connections from 172.21.x.x client (WSL2) NOT going to 172.21.x.x server now use passive mode by default
(can be changed with mode passive / mode active)

Enlarged read/write buffer to 524.288 bytes for extra speeds I hope it's not too much for arm.
Making this little change, I reach the speed of 23 MB/s with a SSD
Corrected wrong speeds b,Kb,Mb to B,KB,MB
an internal transfer variable changed from int to ssize_t (according to A.I.)

Enlarged buffer to 65536 bytes for great speeds.
