One of the most common objections I receive from other programmers attempting to grok Urbit is that the names throughout the project are esoteric or intentionally obscure. I recall reading the justification for this somewhere, but it isn't easily discoverable and probably should be. (I know to look for it and I haven't been able to find it.)
