  1. General cleanup (#237) 

    * Bump minimum to 5.10, update docs and README, add Android and Musl CI

* Fix a Sendable issue. Comply with ExistentialAny. Clean up the tests to be async and use modern Vapor testing utilities. Tests no longer fail if SWIFT_DETERMINISTIC_HASHING isn't set. Moved the test templates under the tests directory.

* Partial swift-format pass over the code. Fixes incorrect documentation comments in LeafEncoder implementation. Use `some Encodable` etc. where possible. Silence retroactive conformance warnings.

* Don't unnecessarily import Foundation, don't use the Swift file as a Leaf template because it might not be valid as one.

* Exclude the test templates from SwiftPM's notice

* The default dictionary formatter in leaf-kit is now deterministic

* When on Android, disable tests that currently don't work on Android
