Feature: vix tests --watch

Description

Add a watch mode to rerun tests automatically when source files change.

Behavior

  • Rebuild only when necessary
  • Rerun tests on file changes
  • Clean, minimal output

Acceptance criteria

  • Tests rerun on change
  • Stable termination
  • No excessive rebuilds
