Describe the bug
Link (Ctrl+,) in Vi Mode misses the last character of selected text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter Insert Mode under Vi Mode in the editor.
2. Select the desired text for a link.
3. Press Ctrl+, to open the "Insert Link" prompt.
4. Observe that the text in the prompt is missing the last character of your selection.
