A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I am using Linux Mint with Bottles to run windows executables. I managed to run other gzdoom mods, like Doom Remake 4, by installing steam and Doom3: BGF Edition within a bottle.
But this mod cannot find the WAD files (seems like) from that game. It really wants me to buy https://store.steampowered.com/app/2280/DOOM__DOOM_II/ :)
I might be doing something wrong, I am new to running Windows executables on Linux. Any help would be great to make it work somehow :)
Steps to reproduce the behaviour.
Explain how to reproduce
- Install Steam
- Install Doom3: BFG Edition
- Start the packaged gzdoom.exe
- Notice the error message complaining about missing WAD file.
