I need features for a related project that takes tiles exported from Earth Engine and then makes a virtual mosaic, then manually exports new tiles that are nominally the same, but with overlapping pixels appended to the edges so that neighborhood computations can be done and pixels within the boundary can be done without edge effects. I have this specced out a bit in another repository (FluxCapacitor) and will move specifications here, but the mosaicking code here seems like it'd be a good home for the code even if it ends up living elsewhere. It'd be a helpful feature to include for people who don't actually want to mosaic to a single raster, but do want data that's ready for further analysis afterward.
