Problem

Currently there is no way to use Nelm with ArgoCD, Flux or similar GitOps solutions.

Solution (if you have one)

Nelm Operator would make it possible to use Nelm with ArgoCD and Flux by allowing users to deploy Nelm Operator Custom Resources via ArgoCD/Flux. That's the same approach that Argo Rollouts uses.

Also, Nelm Operator itself can be used as a GitOps operator, so ArgoCD/Flux not even necessary.
