links break when the user's handle changes #136

@makoConstruct

Description

@makoConstruct

An old link to a post no longer works: https://whtwnd.com/makoconstruct.bsky.social/3lcdzw5oqh62t since I changed my handle to mako.dreamshrine.org

Application error: a server-side exception has occurred while loading whtwnd.com (see the server logs for more information).
Digest: 3146736699

But the new link, which works, has the same hash-address for the post: https://whtwnd.com/mako.dreamshrine.org/3lcdzw5oqh62t so there's no reason whtwnd shouldn't be able to redirect to original post.

Basically, I think whtwnd should ignore the user address in the link and just use the hash at the end.
