What happened?

When you set the LED output to hub75 and populate the width and height of the panel, these values are saved and take effect, but when you return to the settings page, the width value does not load back into the UI

To Reproduce Bug

Set the LED output to one of the HUB75 options, define the width, save, return to the settings page and thw width is no longer populated

Expected Behavior

The width value should be maintained
